Q: What kind of soap process do you use?

We use Melt and Pour (MP) process.

Q: How long until I will get my order?

It usually takes us 3-5 business days to process an order. We use USPS ground shipping, and send you the tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. With our processing time and shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the order.

Q: I live nearby to your location. Do I still have to pay for shipping?

We offer free “Local Delivery” (within three miles of our location) and free “Local Pickup” from our location.
